How to Swap from Ethereum to Terra with Liquality Wallet

Liquality Wallet is the easiest way to access multiple chains, all from one location. Using the atomic swap feature you’re able to take your assets from one chain to another in no time.

We recently announced that our wallet is compatible with the fast-growing Terra ecosystem and getting your Liquality Wallet set up to work with it is very easy. All it takes is a few simple steps to swap assets like ETH with LUNA or UST.

1. First off, if you don’t automatically see Terra added to the list of assets available to you, simply click on the hamburger icon on the upper-right corner of the Liquality Wallet browser extension. Click on Manage Assets.

2. Once there, you can search for LUNA or UST or simply scroll down until you find them. Flip the switch and they’ll be available for atomic swaps.

3. Next, click on the Swap feature back on the main menu, select ETH and LUNA on the send and receive options and enter the desired amount of ETH you wish to swap. There is a minimum swap size of $200 and a 1% market maker’s fee aside from regular network fees.

4. Review your transaction and Initiate Swap. Once it’s complete you’re good to go.

Once you have LUNA, you can use applications on Terra’s vast ecosystem including Anchor, Mirror, TerraSwap, and more. You can also use the Liquality Wallet for atomic swaps between a wide range of pairs. Be sure to review our full list of compatible pairs.
